• Lake Oahe is a gargantuan of a lake that stretches from Pierre, South Dakota to the rural south-central area of North Dakota. • Lake Metigoshe sits along the United States and Canadian border. In the background, you will see the beautiful Turtle Mountains. Lake Metigoshe is the cleanest lake in North Dakota and is surrounded by smaller bodies of water. You can catch bluegills, pike and walleye in both Lake Metigoshe and the surrounding area.

• Sky Pond provides hikers with one of the most dramatic scenes in the Rocky Mountains National Park. Three sides of cliff walls will surround you, you will see two waterfalls, and you will pass two beautiful lakes. To reach the basin, you have to pass some steep drop-offs so this trail will be challenging for people who have a fear of heights.
